BLTHQ provides construction management software and related website materials for contractors and their invited users. Access to paid workspace features may be governed by a customer order, subscription agreement, or other written agreement with BLTHQ.

Users are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for using BLTHQ only for lawful business purposes. Customer administrators are responsible for managing workspace access, client invitations, and permissions for their organization.

Customers retain responsibility for project records, photos, documents, client details, and other content they upload or enter into BLTHQ. The BLTHQ name, product experience, software, graphics, and website content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Subscription access, trials, renewals, cancellation, and payment terms may vary by plan or agreement. Billing details shown in the product or during checkout control over general website descriptions.

Customer administrators may export available workspace records through BLTHQ export tools while the account is active and, where available, during the post-cancellation retention period. BLTHQ generally holds canceled workspace data for up to one year, then may permanently delete it unless retention is required for legal, billing, security, or dispute purposes.
