BLTHQ may collect account details, company information, contact details, billing records, project information, client portal activity, uploaded photos and documents, support messages, and device or usage information generated when the service is used.
Customers control the project, client, and homeowner information they enter into the platform and are responsible for having appropriate authority to provide that information to BLTHQ.
How we use information
BLTHQ uses information to provide and secure the service, manage user accounts, process billing, support customers, communicate about the product, troubleshoot issues, improve workflows, and meet legal or contractual obligations.
Service providers
BLTHQ may use trusted service providers for hosting, authentication, storage, payment processing, analytics, email delivery, support, and security. These providers are used to operate the service and should process information only for authorized business purposes.
Data retention and security
BLTHQ keeps information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. After a subscription is canceled or terminated, customer workspace data is generally retained for up to one year so an administrator can request export or reactivation, unless a longer period is required by law, billing records, security needs, or an active dispute.
After the retention window ends, BLTHQ may permanently delete workspace data and associated files. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access.
